  Again one can use the same functional forms to make predictions for NOAA's ocean anomaly including both hemispheres. The predictions appear to be similar for the near future. The variation of the random portion for the oceans is the closest to a normal distribution of the three anomalies considered so far: land northern hemisphere, land ocean both hemispheres and ocean both hemispheres.
